Central Dispatch was established in 1985 to satisfy the needs of alarm dealers frustrated with the service and attitude of the big national alarm monitoring companies. We have designed our operation to be friendly and flexible, and pride ourselves on our ability to meet the alarm monitoring and security needs of each unique residence or business.
Our management team has a combined total of nearly 70 years’ experience in the alarm industry. Central Dispatch is UL listed for commercial fire. This ensures you that our building, equipment and procedures meet the most rigorous standards in the industry.
At our courteous and professionally operated central station you will be treated as an individual. Our phone lines are always answered by an operator, never a recording. We feel this is an important part of our service.
Where
Central Dispatch Inc is located in central Missouri, outside the hustle and bustle of large metropolitan areas. Tours of our facility are encouraged during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am until 3pm. Prearranged tours can be scheduled for after business hours.

When
Central Dispatch watches for alarm signals from your alarm system 24 hours a day, every day. We take the worry out of finding someone to watch your property. The entire process from the time your alarm equipment detects an alarm condition, transmits the condition to our alarm receiver, an operator receives the information, attempts to call the premises and dispatches the authorities, is usually completed within two minutes.
